About Us

Founded with compassion and purpose, Gracie’s Dog Haven is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing unwanted, abused, neglected, and abandoned senior dogs from high-kill shelters, unsafe environments, owner surrenders, and the streets. With senior dogs facing an adoption rate of only 25% and an estimated 1.3 million euthanized each year, our mission is to ensure these deserving animals spend their golden years surrounded by love, comfort, security, and dignity. We believe no senior dog should ever have to suffer or die alone on a cement floor or sidewalk.

At Gracie’s Dog Haven, every senior dog is given a forever home where they can rest their head living their remaining years in peace, experience unconditional love, receive the care they deserve, and ultimately cross the Rainbow Bridge with dignity, grace, and feeling loved.
